Some things you should know about swallows

Swallow season officially starts on Feb. 15. If you haven't thought about preventing Swallows from nesting around your home then you should. It is illegal to remove swallows' nests if there are eggs or babies inside them.

The only and most effective way is to prevent them from nesting there in the first place. If you have had problems with swallows before, chances are that they will keep coming back. Swallows are migratory birds therefore they are rather attached to their birthplace, ie your home.
